It's like they'll only link to you if you link to them ... well I don't do that. I link to a blog if I like it (I've done exchanges in the past and in some cases my link isn't on the blog anymore). If the blogger wants to exchange links with me great, if not that's fine. However I hate getting requests for links from people that haven't even bothered to link to my site before asking for an exchange.
