However there's been a few times I've not mentioned slip ups when the staff doesn't care or is incompetent. I like to think I'm teaching the company a lesson but it's probably just my way of justifying things, lol. When my husband decided to start using one in our town, I was afraid it would get expensive. It turns out to be about the same or cheaper than Wal-mart. It is easy to tell the difference in the quality. We don't buy meat anywhere else now. If you are nice and develop a relationship with your butcher, it helps. My husband is good at this, remembering names and making small talk about family and food. He comes home with some beautiful cuts. I am a big fan of butchers’ shops.
