However, I find that many of them use such complex recipes that they get boring. For me, I like fairly simple recipes and cooking tips that help me solve my cooking problems. For example, how in the hell do you get crispy chicken wings? I've got the sauce down, but I like my wings just a tad crispy and I haven't had any luck yet. I still have to buy them from my favorite wing spot - WingsNThings - and they won't tell me! :) Don I love cooking and recipe blogs!
