					<description>Hey thanks for the recognition. :-) This is my new baby (website). Whole foods means eating as close to the natural source as possible. Salads, stir fried veggies, product bought from animals are considered whole foods (baked chicken, roasted turkey, steak) Processed foods like hotdogs, candy bars,sodas, etc. aren't. 

You don't have to be vegetarian or vegan to be healthy. In fact, I've met some very unhealthy vegetarians. It comes down to the choices you make.

I'm a huge fan of smoothies/shakes. They're quick &#38; simple. Many times I use them as a meal replacement since they contain all the nutrients needed but it's in a liquid form.  That being said I need to put regular recipes up there. I don't live on liquids. :-)</description>
